Recent personal losses have led to profound reflection on mortality. Beyond the undeniable truth that our bodies must eventually succumb to the wear of time, we search for the deeper causes of death. To "Live Long, Die Young" is an adage that encapsulates the shared ambition of both medical experts and spiritual leaders—to extend life's length with the promise of its quality undiminished.

The Role of Destiny and Karma

In the spiritual view, destiny, or 'Kismet,' plays a significant role in our life's journey. It is tied to 'Sanchita Karma,' the reservoir of our past actions that predetermine the contours of our present existence. This fate is believed to be influenced by the Navagrahas—nine celestial bodies in Hindu astrology—and enacted by the Eka Dasa Rudras, which shape our thoughts and deeds, weaving the tapestry of our lived reality.

is to call upon this divine protector, acknowledging Hanuman Ji's swiftness, mastery over the senses, unparalleled wisdom, and his esteemed role as the messenger of Shri Ram. By seeking refuge in Hanuman Ji, it is believed that one can navigate life's uncertainties with a greater sense of security, potentially averting the risks of accidental harm.
